A highly trained member of staff from QLS will conduct all viewings at your property and complete application forms with all prospective tenants.
All prospective tenants will be reviewed and references sought using a professional reference checking company. We will, if you wish, consult you before allocating your property to a particular person. We will then collect the rent for the duration of the tenancy ensuring that the tenants rent account is kept up-to-date. Regular inspections will take place at your property and you will be notified immediately of any problems known to us.
